1. The Service

Image Pan Zoom is a browser-based tool that lets you create pan and zoom videos from still images. The core editing and export workflow happens locally in your browser, and the exported video is generated on your device.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You can use the tool without signing in. If you choose to sign in, you must use your own Google account and keep your access credentials secure.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the images and content you use with the tool. You must have the rights needed to use, upload, and export any content. You retain ownership of your content. We do not claim ownership of your images.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely as needed to operate the service. We do not store your images on our servers as part of the core editing workflow.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service in a way that violates any law, infringes on the rights of others, or attempts to disrupt or abuse the service. You also agree not to attempt to access non-public systems or data.

5. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan includes limited exports and region counts. Premium features include unlimited exports, unlimited regions, and lower third styling options.

Paid plans are processed by our payment provider, Creem. We do not store your payment card details. A day pass provides premium access for 24 hours from purchase. Monthly subscriptions provide access for the current billing period and renew until canceled.

6. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the customer portal. Charges and renewal timing are handled by Creem. Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion or as required by law.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Image Pan Zoom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above.
